Our rooms are all fitted with private bathroom, Lcd tv, free Wi-fi connection in the entire hotel, tea/American coffee machine, 24h access to the hotel, daily room cleaning, bed sheet change after 4 days of overnight.
Every morning the Mediterranean breakfast is served in our comfortable and welcoming dining room. Upon request also a salty breakfast can be served.

Who comes to our city by car has the possibility to park under the walls of the city in the parking of via Fermi (in great part free) and reach the city centre by escalator, which are next to the parking.
Even if the city centre is a traffic limited zone, if the guest has a lot of baggage we can inform the competent authorities, who will register the car plate in order to access easily without any difficulty.
Our B&B can also be easily achieved on foot from the railroad station of Arezzo (7/8 mins).
